1) the appearance of the hat should be clean, smooth, consistent in color, without greasy, yellow spots or damage.

2) type A medical cap shall be sewn flat and firm, without opening thread, and the needle code distance shall not be less than 8 stitches per 40mm.

Type B and C medical caps should be well-formed, evenly and firmly heat-bonded, free of impurities, stains and damage.

3) nonwovens specification: the nonwovens for type A and type C medical caps should be no less than 20g/㎡.The nonwovens used for the b-type medical cap should be no less than 20g/㎡.

4) medical caps should be sterile.

5) the medical cap is sterilized by ethylene oxide, and the residual amount of ethylene oxide should be no more than 10 microns /g.
